Povorcitinib (INCB54707) Prurigo Nodularis Clinical Trial
Do you have Pickers nodules known as prurigo nodularis?
OptiSkin is looking for healthy volunteers to join our paid clinical trials. Eligible volunteers with Prurigo Nodularis will receive free oral medication. Volunteer today and help pave the next generation of eczema treatments.
Duration
Study length is 52-56 weeks after enrollment. There are a total of 10 in-person visits required. Participants will be compensated for time and travel.
Study Specifics
For adult patients 18+ who have been diagnosed with moderate to Pickers nodules known as prurigo nodularis. Patients must be treated with Povorcitinib (INCB54707) therapy once enrolled.
Eligibility
To participate, you MUST have:
- pickers nodules known as prurigo nodularis
You will NOT be eligible if:
- you have received Otezla® (apremilast) in the past
